The USAC Amsoil Sprint National Championship series brought out 32 sprint cars to Bloomington Speedway. Dakota qualified 17th and finished third in his heat race. He started the 30 lap feature with a top 10 position. His positive night ended with a disappointing finish of 23rd. In USAC competetion, Dakota is proving his abilities to the veterans of the series.
With rain in the forecast the team rolled to Putnamville on Saturday. As the dust settled, Dakota loaded up with a 13th place finish as his hot rod bgbain to overheat and he was forced to surrender his top 5 run in order to save his motor.
